A secondary feature quantity is extracted by a secondary feature quantity extraction unit 13. Instantaneous scores are accumulated in a cycle direction for the distribution of secondary feature quantities relating to a prescribed category having been calculated by a relatedness calculation unit 14, and the accumulated scores are calculated as cumulative scores by a cumulative/instantaneous score calculation unit 16.
