To provide a flight device which prevents turbulence of a posture of an airframe even when an outer frame contacts with an external part to receive external force frequently during flight.SOLUTION: A flight device according to one aspect of a technology of the disclosure includes: an airframe; and an outer frame rotatably connected to the airframe. The airframe has: rotary vanes; and rotary vane driving means which rotates the rotary vanes. The outer frame has a first outer frame which can rotate around a first rotation axis intersecting with a gravity direction.
