To efficiently perform millimeter wave communication between vehicles.SOLUTION: A method for executing beam alignment among a plurality of vehicles which perform millimeter wave communication includes: a reception step which receives, in a first vehicle, a radio message which includes vehicle data indicative of the position of a second vehicle; an acquisition step which acquires sensor data; a route generation step which, based on the vehicle data and the sensor data, generates an NLOS path which is a propagation path for the first vehicle and the second vehicle to perform millimeter wave radio communication in the range of non-line of sight; and a determination step which, based on whether or not a beam arrival rate satisfies a threshold, determines whether or not the NLOS path is successful; and an adjustment step which, when the NLOS path is successful, executes the beam alignment between the first vehicle and the second vehicle by the NLOS path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
