To evaluate accurately deterioration to a material of a tire as deterioration of a used tire, by measuring cracks that occur in an area which is not worn when the tire is used.SOLUTION: The system generates a distance data 14 that allows discrimination between a crest part and a groove part of a ground surface by measuring the displacement of the ground surface of the tire and a ground surface image data 15 by photographing the ground surface, generates an evaluation area image data 19 by extracting the evaluation area for detecting cracks from the region of the groove, smooths this to generate a smoothing process image data 20 by removing noises, furthermore generates edge processing image data 21 that clarifies a boundary portion of the cracks by edge processing, generates a crack ratio data 22 by calculating the percentage of the boundary portion of the cracks with respect to the whole of the edge processing image data 21, and outputs a crack ratio data 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】使用済の中古タイヤの劣化をタイヤの使用によって摩耗していない領域に生じているひび割れを測定することで、タイヤの材質に対する劣化を精度高く評価する。【解決手段】タイヤの接地面の変位を測定して接地面の山部と溝部の判別を可能とする距離データ14と、接地面を撮影して接地面画像データ15を生成し、溝部の領域からひび割れを検出するための評価領域を抽出して評価領域画像データ19を生成し、これを平滑化処理してノイズを除去して平滑化処理画像データ20を生成し、さらにエッジ処理してひび割れの境界部を明確化したエッジ処理画像データ21を生成し、エッジ処理画像データ21のひび割れの境界部の全体に占める割合を演算してひび割合データ22を生成し、このひび割合データ22を出力する。【選択図】図1
