To provide high soundproof performance and thermal insulation performance, enhance adhesive strength between layers in molding, and secure a desired shape and strength in molding.SOLUTION: A molding metallic mold 11 molds a ceiling material body 1a by: pressing a slab urethane layer 7 by a first applied pressure P1 in an area in which a metallic mold clearance C1 is set to be narrow; infiltrating a second adhesive agent 4a into the slab urethane layer 7 via a nonwoven fabric layer 6 followed by hardening so as to form a plurality of high applied pressure molding parts 9A; pressing the slab urethane layer 7 by a second applied pressure P2 smaller than the first applied pressure P1 in an area in which the metallic mold clearance C1 is set to be wide; infiltrating the second adhesive agent 4a into a second glass fiber-reinforced layer 4 side of the nonwoven fabric layer 6 followed by hardening; and on the other hand, infiltrating a first adhesive agent 3a into a first glass fiber-reinforced layer 3 side of a skin layer 5 followed by hardening due to addition of a pressure close to the first applied pressure P1 entirely to an upper mold 11A side of a laminate 13 under the influence of pressing of projections 12a via a base material layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】高い防音性能及び断熱性能を有するとともに、成形時における各層間の接着強度を高めることができ、しかも成形時に所望の形状と強度とを確保する。【解決手段】成形金型11は、金型クリアランスC1が狭く設定された領域でスラブウレタン層7を第1加圧力P1で押圧して第2接着剤4aを不織布層6を介してスラブウレタン層7に浸透させて硬化させて高加圧成形部9Aを複数形成するとともに金型クリアランスC1の広く設定された領域でスラブウレタン層7を第1加圧力P1よりも小さい第2加圧力P2で押圧して第2接着剤4aを不織布層6層の第2ガラス繊維補強層4側に浸透させて硬化させる一方、積層体13の上型11A側は、基材層2を介して各突出部12aの押圧の影響を受けて全域に亘って第1加圧力P1に近い圧力が加わることで第1接着剤3aを表皮層5の第1ガラス繊維補強層3側に浸透させて硬化させることにより天井材本体1aを成形する。【選択図】図3
