To provide a control system of a hydraulic clutch which can suppress an abrupt variation of transmission torque even if clutch operation hydraulic pressure reaches an overload state.SOLUTION: A control system of a hydraulic clutch comprises: hydraulic control means for controlling clutch operation hydraulic pressure; hydraulic detection means for detecting the clutch operation hydraulic pressure; rotation detection means for detecting a rotation number of an output shaft; and control means for outputting a hydraulic control signal which is imparted with a command rotation number, to which detection hydraulic pressure and a detection rotation number are inputted, in which a normal load area, an allowance load area and an overload area of the clutch operation hydraulic pressure are defined, and which performs feedback control with the detection rotation number as a main element up to the allowance load area, and performs feedback control with the detection hydraulic pressure as a main element in the overload area. In the overload area, the control system outputs the hydraulic control signal so that the detection hydraulic pressure is gradually changed between an upper value and a boundary value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】クラッチ作動油圧が過負荷状態に達した場合であっても、伝達トルクの急激な変動を抑制する事のできる油圧クラッチの制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】油圧クラッチの制御システムであって、クラッチ作動油圧を制御する油圧制御手段と、クラッチ作動油圧を検出する油圧検出手段と、出力軸の回転数を検出する回転検出手段と、指令回転数が与えられ、検出油圧と、検出回転数とが入力され、クラッチ作動油圧の正常負荷域、余裕負荷域、過負荷域が定められ、余裕負荷域までは、検出回転数を主体としたフィードバック制御を行い、過負荷域では、検出油圧を主体としたフィードバック制御を行う油圧制御信号出力する制御手段と、を備え、過負荷域では、検出油圧が、上限値と境界値との間で徐々に変化するように油圧制御信号を出力することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
