To provide an interior member capable of enhancing rigidity while reducing its weight and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: An interior member A has a substrate for interior 11 by containing a thermosetting expandable resin in an unwoven fabric 10 constituted by using a natural fiber. It is tilted so that an expansion ratio of the thermosetting expandable resin is low in front and rear surface sides of the substrate for interior 11 and high inside. Further an example as the natural fiber can include kenaf, and an example as the interior member can include an interior member for a vehicle. An example as the thermosetting expandable resin can include a polyurethane resin. The interior member can be manufactured by further adjusting water content of the unwoven fabric 10 to be low in a side of one surface and high in another surface side, applying an expanding polyurethane resin raw material to each surface, and bending the unwoven fabric 10 so that another surface becomes inside, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】軽量化を図りつつも剛性を高めることができる内装部材及びその製造方向を提供する。【解決手段】内装部材Aは、天然繊維を用いて構成される不織布10に、熱硬化性発泡樹脂を含有させた内装用基材11を具備する。また、熱硬化性発泡樹脂の発泡倍率が、内装用基材11の表裏面側で低く、内部で高くなるように傾斜している。更に、天然繊維としてケナフを例示することができ、内装部材として車両用内装部材を例示することができる。また、熱硬化性発泡樹脂としてはポリウレタン樹脂を例示することができる。更に、不織布10の含水率を一方の面の側で低く、他方の面の側で高くなるように調整し、各々の面に発泡ポリウレタン樹脂原料を塗布した後、不織布10を他方の面が内側になるように折り曲げること等によって製造することができる。【選択図】図2
