To provide a road surface state discriminating device with which it is possible to accurately discriminate a road surface state while aiming to reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: A tire device 100 ensures that when road surface data is transmitted from a tire-side device 1, road surface data is included in an advertise signal including a feature quantity consisting of small amount of data. The road surface data is received by a receiver 21, and road surface determination is made on the basis of the feature quantity included in the road surface data. It is thereby made possible to perform road surface determination without constructing a connection, and to reduce power consumption due to that a connection need not be constructed each time road surface data is transmitted. Thus, it is possible to provide a tire device 100 that includes a road surface state discriminating device capable of accurately discriminating a road surface state while reducing power consumption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】消費電力の軽減を図りつつ、路面状態を的確に判別することが可能な路面状態判別装置を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ装置100は、タイヤ側装置1から路面データを送信する際に、アドバタイズ信号に少量データとなる特徴量を含めた路面データを含めるようにする。そして、受信機21にて、路面データを受信し、路面データに含まれた特徴量に基づいて路面判別を行う。これにより、コネクションを構築しなくても路面判別を行うことが可能となり、路面データを送信するたびにコネクションを構築していない分、消費電力の軽減を図ることが可能となる。よって、消費電力の軽減を図りつつ、路面状態を的確に判別することが可能な路面状態判別装置を含むタイヤ装置100とすることができる。【選択図】図1
