To improve an operation efficiency of transportation means while a user can select transportation means with a maximum movement efficiency in a building.SOLUTION: An elevator operation control device includes destination floor detection means for detecting a destination floor of a user, first arrival estimated time calculation means for calculating a first time required for a user moving to a destination floor from a standby floor by an elevator and second arrival estimated time calculation means for calculating a second time required for the user moving thereto by an escalator. The elevator operation control device compares the first time with the second time, selects transportation means by which the user can move to the destination floor from the standby floor earlier on the basis of the comparison result, and presents information about the selection to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】利用者が建物内で最も移動効率の良い移動手段を選択可能としつつ移動手段の運転効率を向上すること。【解決手段】エレベーター運転制御装置は、利用者の行き先階を検出する行き先階検出手段と、利用者が待機階から行き先階までエレベーターを利用して移動する際に要する第1の時間を算出する第1の到着予想時間算出手段と、利用者がエスカレーターを利用して移動する際に要する第2の時間を算出する第2の到着予想時間算出手段と、を備え、これら第1の時間及び第2の時間を比較し、その比較結果に基づいて利用者が待機階から行き先階までより早く移動可能な移動手段を選定し、これに関する情報を利用者に提示する。【選択図】図2
