To further improve overall energy efficiency of electric vehicles, which is the biggest issue for spread of electric vehicles.SOLUTION: Power generation and storage capacity of power generation and storage system by renewable energy and storage capacity of an electric vehicle which is a charge target of the above-mentioned system are matched. A required charge amount for the electric vehicle at a time of return to a system installation location after the electric vehicle is completing traveling for a day is predicted and determined when the electric vehicle is traveling or after completing the traveling, and excess power of the required power for the electric vehicle is efficiently used for other usages (such as home appliance driving and selling to grid power).SELECTED DRAWING: None
