To improve a road situation that an occurrence rate of traffic accidents is high.SOLUTION: In a road traffic control system of an embodiment, a creation unit uses at least information on a previous traffic situation and previous accident data to create accident occurrence degree information representing an accident occurrence degree which expresses a likelihood of occurrence of an accident for each of plural road situations. An acquisition unit acquires information on a current road situation for each of plural sections. An estimation unit estimates a current accident occurrence degree for each of the plural sections on the basis of the accident occurrence degree information and the information on the current traffic situation. When there is a section in which the accident occurrence degree estimated by the estimation unit is higher than a predetermined threshold, a calculation unit calculates running control information which is used to cause an autonomous vehicle existent in the section to run so that the accident occurrence degree in the section will decrease to be equal to or smaller than the predetermined threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】交通事故の発生率が高い道路状況を改善する。【解決手段】実施形態の道路交通管制装置において、作成部は、道路における複数の区間それぞれについて、少なくとも過去の交通状況の情報と過去事故データとを用いて、複数の道路状況毎に事故の発生しやすさを表す事故発生度が対応付けられた事故発生度情報を作成する。取得部は、前記複数の区間それぞれについて、現在の交通状況の情報を取得する。推定部は、前記複数の区間それぞれについて、前記事故発生度情報と、前記現在の交通状況の情報と、に基いて、現在の事故発生度を推定する。算出部は、前記推定部によって推定された前記事故発生度が所定の閾値よりも高い前記区間があった場合に、当該区間の前記事故発生度が前記所定の閾値以下に低減するように当該区間に存在する自動運転車両を走行させるための走行制御情報を算出する。【選択図】図2
