When the pitch angular speed exceeds a threshold value C and the yaw angular speed exceeds the threshold value A, the count part 34 counts the face-direction change as the visual recognition action in the pitch direction, but on the other hand does not count it as the visual recognition action in the yaw direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
