To provide a vehicle air-conditioning management system capable of improving energy efficiency in an air-conditioning system using a thermal storage device.SOLUTION: A vehicle air-conditioning management system comprises: a heat pump mechanism 2 which has a predetermined air-conditioning load region or a load value allowing energy efficiency to be optimized when activated; a thermal storage section 3 configured to enable an indoor space to be air-conditioned with stored thermal energy; an air-conditioning control section 5 which performs air-conditioning of the indoor space through control of the heat pump mechanism 2 and the thermal storage section 3; and an air-conditioning load information acquisition section 4 which acquires required air-conditioning load information required in a vehicle. The air-conditioning control section selectively uses the heat pump mechanism 2 and the thermal storage section 3 so as to optimize coefficient of performance (COP) when performing air-conditioning on the basis of the required air-conditioning load information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】蓄熱装置を利用した空調制御システムにおいて、よりエネルギー効率を向上させることができる車両空調管理システムを提供すること。【解決手段】駆動時にエネルギー効率が良好となる所定の空調負荷領域または負荷値を有するヒートポンプ機構2と、蓄熱された熱エネルギーにより室内を空調可能に構成された蓄熱部3と、ヒートポンプ機構2及び蓄熱部3を制御することにより室内の空調をおこなう空調制御部5と、車両において要求される要求空調負荷情報を取得する空調負荷情報取得部4と、を含み、空調制御部は、要求空調負荷情報に基づき、空調する際のCOPが最良になるようにヒートポンプ機構2及び蓄熱部3の使い分けを行う。【選択図】図1
