To provide a mirror unit that can hold a reflection mirror at a desired position regardless of a temperature change.SOLUTION: A mirror unit comprises: a reflection mirror 10; a mirror holder 20 that supports the reflection mirror 10 different in linear expansion coefficient from the reflection mirror 10; and at least one holding member 40 that is attached to the reflection mirror 10. The reflection mirror 10 is supported by the mirror holder 20 via the holding member 40, and the holding member 40 is slidable in one direction with respect to the mirror holder 20 in at least one part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
