To provide a tire in which rim slip resistance and RRO (radial runout) are maintained in a well-balanced manner.SOLUTION: A pneumatic type solid tire 1 comprises a base part 2 fitted into a rim, the base part 2 including a base inner peripheral surface 2a that contacts a rim base of the rim. On the base inner peripheral surface 2a, a plurality of axial grooves 8 that cross the base inner peripheral surface 2a completely in the tire axial direction are provided at regular intervals. The axial groove 8 includes end parts 9 on both sides in the tire axial direction and a center part 10 extending between the end parts 9. A transverse plane area A2 of the center part 10 is formed smaller than a transverse plane area A1 of each of the end parts 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
