To provide an illuminance adjustment device, an illuminance adjustment method and a computer program which can complete automatic driving in high visibility state.SOLUTION: In an illuminance adjustment device 11, when a vehicle 100 is being automatically driven, a control part 35 determines whether an estimated time which is estimated required time to complete the automatic driving is less than a reference time. When the control part 35 determines that the estimated time is less than the reference time, a drive part 22 reduces the illuminance of an indoor light 12 that illuminates the interior of the vehicle 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
