The server includes a server storage part which stores a learned model, a simplification part which generates contraction information determining accuracy of calculation using the learned model and an inference object, and server communication which transmits the contracted information to the on-vehicle device. The on-vehicle device includes a signal input part to which an output signal of a sensor mounted on the vehicle is input, an on-vehicle communication part which receives the contraction information, an inference part which performs an inference of the output signal that is a target and a logic circuit which enables re-constitution, and a re-constitution part which generates the inference part on the logic circuit based on the contraction information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
