To provide a passenger car tire having improved durability, steering stability and low rolling resistance in travelling at high speed.SOLUTION: There is provided a passenger car tire 10 comprising: a pair of bead cores 1; a carcass composed of at least a one-layered carcass ply 2 ranging between the pair of bead cores 1; a belt 3 composed of at least one belt layer disposed on the outer side in the tire radial direction of the carcass; and at least one belt reinforcing layer 4 disposed on the outer side in the tire radial direction of the belt 3. At least one of reinforcement cords of the carcass ply 2 and the belt reinforcement layer 4 is a cord made of a polyamide multifilament. The ratio of loss tangent tan δ (60°C) to loss tangent tan δ (100°C) of the reinforcement cord taken out of the tire 10, the value of tan δ (60°C)/tan δ (100°C) is 0.66 to 1.0, and the glass transition temperature of the reinforcement cord taken out of the tire 10 is 90 to 170°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】高速走行時における耐久性、操縦安定性および低転がり抵抗を改善した乗用車用タイヤを提供する。【解決手段】一対のビードコア1と、一対のビードコア1間に跨る少なくとも1層のカーカスプライ2からなるカーカスと、カーカスのタイヤ半径方向外側に配置された少なくとも1層のベルト層からなるベルト3と、ベルト3のタイヤ半径方向外側に配置された少なくとも1層のベルト補強層4と、を備えた乗用車用タイヤ10であって、カーカスプライ2およびベルト補強層4のうち、少なくとも一方の補強コードが、ポリアミドマルチフィラメントからなるコードであり、タイヤ10から取り出した補強コードの損失正接tanδ(60℃)と損失正接tanδ(100℃)との比、tanδ(60℃)/tanδ(100℃)の値が0.66〜1.0であり、かつ、タイヤ10から取り出した補強コードのガラス転移温度が90〜170℃である。【選択図】図1
