To provide an offshore wind power generation facility where aquaculture can be performed while offshore wind power generation is performed with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An offshore wind power generation facility 1 includes: a floating body 10 equipped with a plurality of side columns 12 separated from each other; a mesh-like member 50 installed so as to connect the adjacent side columns 12 and 12 together; and a fish preserve 60 formed surrounded by the side columns 12 and the mesh-like member 50.
