To provide a charger-discharger in which priority levels of discharging of a plurality of storage batteries can be set.SOLUTION: A charger-discharger 1 for an electric vehicle comprises: a reception part 111 which receives an indication for which of a battery 21 for power and a storage battery 31 capable of being discharged to supply electric power to a home-use load 8 is to be discharged preferentially; a discharging control part 114 which starts discharging the battery 21 for power when electric power supplied from a system power supply 7 to the home-use load 8 exceeds a set value of purchase electric power of a charger-discharger 1 for an electric vehicle; and a change part 115 which changes, once the reception part 111 receives the indication, the set value of purchase electric power of the charger-discharger 1 for the electric vehicle based upon the indication and the set value of purchase electric power of a charger-discharger 3 for the storage battery as a threshold of electric power supplied from the system power supply 7 starting discharging the storage battery 31 to the home-use load 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
