To quickly and safely promote discharge of a smoothing capacitor.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle power supply device 7 includes: a power storage part 8; an input terminal 9 connected to a smoothing capacitor 14 having larger capacity than the power storage part 8; an output terminal 10 connected to a load 15; a charge part 11 connected between the input terminal 9 and the power storage part 8; a discharge part 12 connected between the power storage part 8 and the output terminal 10; and an external signal receiving part 13. When the external signal receiving part 13 receives an activation signal, the charge part 11 is activated, the power storage part 8 is charged to a first voltage, the charge part 11 and the discharge part 12 are driven by power generated by the charge part 11 and thereafter, the discharge part 12 supplies power to the load 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】平滑コンデンサの放電を早急に、かつ安全に促進させる。【解決手段】車載電源装置7は、蓄電部8と、蓄電部8よりも大きな容量を有する平滑コンデンサ14に接続された入力端子9と、負荷15に接続された出力端子10と、入力端子9と蓄電部8との間に接続された充電部11と、蓄電部8と出力端子10との間に接続された放電部12と、外部信号受信部13と、を含む。外部信号受信部13が起動信号を受信すると、充電部11が起動して蓄電部8が第1電圧へ充電され、かつ、充電部11で生成された電力によって充電部11と放電部12とが駆動され、その後、放電部12記は負荷15へ電力を供給する。【選択図】図1
