To propose a proper parking place/station suitable for a user according to a condition.SOLUTION: A parking place/station proposal system comprises: extraction means (102) for extracting a feature related to motion and driving operation when a vehicle (10) is stopped or parked, and a feature related to a place where the vehicle is stopped or parked; identification means (103) for identifying a parking/stopping section where the vehicle performs an operation related to parking/stopping on the basis of the extracted feature; calculation means (105) for calculating a difficulty of parking/stopping of the identified parking/stopping section on the basis of the feature amount indicated by the extracted feature quantity in the identified parking/stopping section; storage means (106) for accumulating the calculated difficulties of the parking/stopping sequentially; and proposal means (200) for proposing a parking/stopping place where the vehicle is parked or stopped on the basis of the accumulated difficulties of parking/stopping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
