To provide an electric vehicle control torque generation device and an electric vehicle capable of simplifying a device configuration and reducing a size and a weight of the device.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle 100 comprises a control torque generation device 200 which applies control torque to wheels 104a and 104b through front wheel axles 102a and 102b rotationally driven by an electric motor 107. The control torque generation device 200 has a compression and expansion engine 210, a flow rate regulation valve 220 and a clutch device 222. The compression and expansion engine 210 is mounted with a piston 213 which is reciprocated in a cylinder block 212 so as to increase or decrease capacity of an air chamber 214. The air chamber 214 is communicated with the atmosphere through the flow rate regulation valve 220. The piston 213 is connected to a rotary drive shaft 107a of the electric motor 107 through a crank 216 and the clutch device 222.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】装置構成を簡単化、小型化および軽量化することができる電気自動車用制動トルク発生装置および電気自動車を提供する。【解決手段】電気自動車100は、電動モータ107によって回転駆動する前輪車軸102a,102bを介して車輪104a,104bに制動トルクを付与する制動トルク発生装置200を備えている。制動トルク発生装置200は、圧縮膨張機関210、流量調整弁220およびクラッチ装置222を備えている。圧縮膨張機関210は、シリンダブロック212内を往復摺動して空気室214の容積を増減させるピストン213を備えている。空気室214は、流量調整弁220を介して大気と連通している。ピストン213は、クランク216およびクラッチ装置222を介して電動モータ107の回転駆動軸107aに連結している。【選択図】 図1
