To provide an overturn prevention system of a working vehicle which can perform an operation for preventing an overturn of the working vehicle at proper timing.SOLUTION: The overturn prevention system of a working vehicle comprises: an inclination angle sensor (111) for detecting an inclination angle of the vehicle (1) in a vehicle width direction; a vehicle speed sensor (113) for detecting a vehicle speed; a position detection part (121) for detecting a position of the vehicle (1); and a control part (100) for making the vehicle (1) travel following a stored traveling-scheduled path. The control part (100) sets a prescribed inclination angle small as the vehicle speed is high, and decelerates a speed of the vehicle (1) when the inclination angle reaches the prescribed inclination angle or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
