To provide an automobile control unit which can reduce power consumption during the engine stopping time.SOLUTION: An automobile control device comprises: a motion sensor 20 which is arranged at a predetermined part of a car body and detects the presence of a human as he/she touches or approaches a prescribed range; a control unit 40 which controls an automobile according to a detection signal from the motion sensor 20; a stop position detecting unit 10 which detects information about the position of the automobile when it stops; a sensor power control unit 50 which switches on or off a power source 30 of the motion sensor 20. The control unit 40 determines entirely switched-off time of the power source 30 of the motion sensor 20 during engine stopping time according to position information detected by the stop position detecting unit 10, and outputs the entirely switched-off time to the sensor power control unit 50. The sensor power control unit 50 switches off the power source of the motion sensor 20 during the entirely switched-off time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】エンジン停止時において車両の消費電流を低減することができる車両用制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】車体の所定部位に配設され、接触又は所定距離内の接近に応じて人の存在を検出する人感センサ20と、人感センサ20の検出信号に基づいて車両を制御する制御部40と、車両が停止した際に車両の位置情報を検出する停止位置検出部10と、人感センサ20の電源30をオンまたはオフにするセンサ電源管理部50と、を備え、制御部40は、停止位置検出部10によって検出される位置情報に基づいて、車両のエンジン停止時における、人感センサ20の電源30の完全オフ時間を決定し、当該完全オフ時間をセンサ電源管理部50に出力し、センサ電源管理部50は、完全オフ時間の間、人感センサ20の電源をオフにする。【選択図】図3
