To provide a tire rubber composition that can improve fuel economy, wet grip performance, and low-temperature properties, and a pneumatic tire prepared therewith.SOLUTION: A tire rubber composition contains a phosphoester with a freezing point of -50°C or less of 1-30 pts.mass, relative to the 100 pts.mass of a rubber component, and contains a thermoplastic elastomer of 1-20 pts.mass. In the thermoplastic elastomer, a peak value of tanδ measured under the conditions of frequency 10 Hz, static strain 10%, dynamic strain 0.15% by a dynamic viscoelasticity test defined in JIS K6394 is 1.5-2.0, and temperatures showing the peak value range from -20°C to 20°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】低燃費性、ウエットグリップ性能、及び低温特性を向上させることができる、タイヤ用ゴム組成物、及びそれを用いた空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】ゴム成分100質量部に対して、凝固点が−50℃以下であるリン酸エステルを1〜30質量部含有し、JIS K6394に規定される動的粘弾性試験により、周波数10Hz、静歪み10%、動歪み0.15%の条件下で測定されたtanδのピーク値が1.5〜2.0であり、ピーク値を示す温度が−20℃〜20℃の範囲内である熱可塑性エラストマーを1〜20質量部含有することを特徴とする、タイヤ用ゴム組成物とする。【選択図】なし
