To provide a low-cost method of manufacturing a fuel oil supply pipe that is capable of designing a production line using an existing facility without uselessly expanding a space.SOLUTION: When providing an oil supply pipe body 1c from a metal pipe via a machine work process S1, a pipe expansion process S2, a first welding assembly process S3, a bending process S4 and a second welding assembly process S5, a marker portion 10b is formed by discoloration of a formation-scheduled position of a first uncoated part 1b in the oil supply pipe body 1c by applying a laser beam Lz to it using a processing head 11a attached at an arm tip of an industrial robot 13. After applying coating pretreatment to the oil supply pipe body 1c, a sealant 10c is stuck to the marker portion 10b, and non-electric conductive coating is applied over the whole surface area of the oil supply pipe body 1c. Thereafter, the first uncoated part 1b is formed by tearing off the sealant 10c from the oil supply pipe body 1c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】無駄にスペースを広げることなく既存設備を利用した生産ラインの設計ができる低コストな燃料給油管の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】機械加工工程S1、拡管工程S2、第1溶接組立工程S3、曲げ工程S4及び第2溶接組立工程S5を経て金属管から給油管本体1cを得る際、産業用ロボット13のアーム先端部に取り付けられた加工ヘッド11aを用いて給油管本体1cにおける第1非塗装部1bの形成予定位置にレーザ光Lzを照射して変色させて目印部10bを形成する。給油管本体1cに塗装前処理を施した後、目印部10bにシール材10cを貼り付けるとともに給油管本体1cの表面全域に亘って非導電性の塗装を施し、その後、シール材10cを給油管本体1cから剥がして第1非塗装部1bを形成する。【選択図】図8
