To decrease, in a simple configuration in a mounting structure for mounting a fuel tank to a cross member, load transmitted to a mounting part of the fuel tank from the cross member in the event of vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A mounting structure for a fuel tank 1 is mounted on a cross member 30 stretched between a pair of side members 20, left and right, each of which extends in forward and backward directions of a vehicle. The fuel tank 1 is disposed at a rear side, in the forward and backward directions, of the cross member 30 and is mounted on the cross member 30 via a pair of first mounting parts 7, 8 provided on the fuel tank 1. A battery 10 disposed at a front side in the forward and backward directions of the vehicle is mounted on the cross member 30 via a pair of second mounting parts 11, 12. The pair of first mounting part 7, 8 are located further inside than the pair of second mounting parts 11, 12 in a vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
