To provide a vehicular braking device which can accurately determine necessity of brake assist control with a configuration in which a pressure sensor is arranged on the side closer to a wheel cylinder than a differential pressure control valve.SOLUTION: A vehicular braking device includes differential pressure control valves 51 and 91 that can adjust a differential pressure, pumps 57 and 97 that discharge a brake fluid to a portion on the side closer to wheel cylinders 541 to 544 than the differential pressure control valves 51 and 91 out of main duct lines A and Ab, an electric motor 90 that drives the pumps 57 and 97, a brake ECU 6 that controls the differential pressure control valves 51 and 91 and the electric motor 90, and pressure sensors 71 and 72 that are provided on a portion on the side closer to the wheel cylinders 541 and 544 than the differential pressure control valves 51 and 91 out of the main duct lines A and Ab, in which when a brake pedal 11 is operated, the brake ECU 6 energizes the electric motor 90 and drives the pump 57, and determines whether or not brake assist control is necessary based on a detection value of the pressure sensor 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
