To provide an information communication system making it possible to reduce a load to be imposed on an information receiving side, and immediately recognize the state of an object, which time-sequentially has changed, even if the state of the object time-sequentially changes, an information originator, and an information receiver.SOLUTION: An information communication system 1 includes an information originator 11 and information receiver 12. The information originator 11 includes a recording unit 11A that records information on the state of an object, a first information alteration unit 11B that alters the information on the shape of the object, which is contained in the information on the state of the object, into feature information on a simple geometric shape, a second information alteration unit 11C that alters the information on the state of the object according to a time-sequential change in the state of the object, and an origination unit 11D that originates the altered information on the state of the object. The information receiver 12 includes a receiving unit 12A that receives information originated by the originator 11D, and a state-of-object recognition unit 12B that autonomously recognizes the state of the object on the basis of the information on the state of the object, which is received by the receiving unit 12A, without extracting a feature of the object itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
