To make it possible to operate a swash plate pump/motor even if recovered hydraulic energy is not sufficient in a hydraulic system which comprises the swash plate pump/motor and an accumulator connected thereto, and is so configured as to depressurize hydraulic energy (hydraulic oil pressure) recovered in the accumulator and use the same for control of an angle of the swash plate pump/motor.SOLUTION: A hydraulic system 10 comprises: a pressure reduction valve 70 which is provided on a branch oil passage 68 branched from a hydraulic line HL for high pressure which connects a swash plate pump/motor 12 and an accumulator 52; a control valve 66 for controlling a supply amount of a hydraulic oil via the pressure reduction valve 70; and a hydraulic drive type swash plate angle variable mechanism 74 to which the hydraulic oil according to an opening degree of the valve 66 is supplied. The mechanism 74 is so configured that an angle of a swash plate 12a of the swash plate pump/motor 12 becomes an angle corresponding to a prescribed discharge quantity more than zero when a pressure of supplied oil is lower than a prescribed pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】斜板ポンプ・モータとそれにつながる蓄圧装置とを備え、蓄圧装置に回収した油圧エネルギ(作動油の圧力)を減圧してその斜板ポンプ・モータの斜板の角度の制御に用いるように構成された油圧システムにおいて、回収した油圧エネルギが十分にない場合でも、斜板ポンプ・モータを作動可能にする。【解決手段】本開示の技術の一実施形態に係る油圧システム10は、斜板ポンプ・モータ12と蓄圧装置52とをつなぐ高圧用油圧ラインHLから分岐する分岐油路68に設けた減圧弁70と、減圧弁70を経た作動油の供給量を制御するための制御バルブ66と、該バルブ66の開度に応じた作動油が供給される油圧駆動式斜板角可変機構74とを備える。機構74は、供給される油の圧力が所定圧よりも低いとき、斜板ポンプ・モータ12の斜板12aの角度がゼロよりも多い所定の吐出量に対応する角度になるように構成されている。【選択図】図2
