To provide a method for calculating the tolerance of frictional coefficient on a tire thread.SOLUTION: The method includes: a step ST1 for acquiring pressure distribution data D1 having a plurality of measuring points where three components of force (Px, Py, Pz) are measured by a force sensor 3; a step ST2 for calculating a frictional coefficient μ on the basis of the three components of force (Px, Py, Pz) at each measuring point; a step ST3 for generating associated data D3 in which ground contact pressure Pz is associated with a maximum frictional coefficient μexhibitable at the contact pressure Pz on the basis of a plurality of case examples, one actual example consisting of a ground contact pressure Pz at one measuring point and a frictional coefficient μ exhibitable at the ground contact pressure Pz; a step ST4 for specifying the maximum frictional coefficient μthat corresponds to the ground contact pressure Pz at each measuring point on the basis of the associated data D3; and a step ST5 for calculating the tolerance μof frictional coefficient that is a difference value [μ-μ] between the maximum frictional coefficient μat each measuring point and the frictional coefficient μ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】タイヤ接地面における摩擦係数の余裕度を算出する方法を提供する。【解決手段】方法は、力センサ3によって3分力(Px、Py、Pz)が計測された計測点を複数有する圧力分布データD1を取得するステップST1と、各々の計測点における3分力(Px、Py、Pz)に基づき摩擦係数μを算出するステップST2と、1つの計測点における接地圧Pzと接地圧Pzにて発揮された摩擦係数μとを1つの実例とし、複数事例に基づいて、接地圧Pzと接地圧Pzで発揮可能な最大摩擦係数μMAXとを対応付けた関連データD3を生成するステップST3と、各々の計測点における接地圧Pzに対応する最大摩擦係数μMAXを関連データD3に基づき特定するステップST4と、各々の計測点における最大摩擦係数μMAXと摩擦係数μとの差値[μMAX−μ]である摩擦係数の余裕度μRを算出するステップST5と、を含む。【選択図】図1
