The image acquisition device 101 includes: an acquisition unit 103 for acquiring an image from the terminal 111; an analysis unit 105 for determining the state of a road included in the image on the basis of the image; and a communication unit 102 for transmitting an acquisition request for an image to the terminal 111 regarding a road of which the state is determined to be bad by the analysis unit 105. The terminal 111 includes: a camera 112 for taking an image; and a communication unit 113 for transmitting the image and its positional information to the image acquisition device 101, and receiving an acquisition request from the image acquisition device 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
