To provide a door glass holding structure for a vehicle that can effectively reduce radiation sound and be readily manufactured.SOLUTION: In a door glass holding structure for a vehicle, a damping member body is formed by butyl rubber that is vulcanized after extrusion molding so as to be shaped into a substantially U-shaped cross section. Hardness (IRHD) of an inside lateral wall part into which a door glass 2 is inserted, of the damping member body is 65° to 75° and hardness (IRHD) of an outside lateral wall part is 70° to 80°. The hardness of the outside lateral wall part is higher than the hardness of the inside lateral wall part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
