To provide a belt attachment structure in which removal of a retainer with a belt from an interior material is prevented.SOLUTION: This belt attachment structure X comprises: an interior material 6 which constitutes a wall and so on of a cargo chamber 4, and has an opening edge part 13 which surrounds a pore 12; a retainer 8 having a stem 81 which contacts the opening edge part 13 and includes an insertion port 81a connected to the pore 12, and a pair of engaging pieces 82, 82 which face each other so that a space S connected to the insertion port 81a is formed inside, and which extend from the stem 81 and are inserted in the pore 12 so that an engaging part 82a, which exists outside each engaging piece, is engaged with the opening edge part 13; and a belt 7 having a folded part 70 comprising a portion of a fiber base material 17 which is so folded as to become larger than the insertion port 81a, and a weld end part 71 of which an end 17a1 is welded to the other fiber base material 17b so that a thickness is reduced in the state that the end 17a1 of one fiber base material 17a is overlapped on the other fiber base material 17b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
