To enable smooth dynamic lift off after holding a cargo whose weight is unknown.SOLUTION: A cargo conveyor control method establishes a predicted distance of dynamic lift off of a power point at the moment of gripping a cargo and a power point at the moment of dynamic lift off. In the dynamic lift off mode, it dynamically lifts off the cargo by calculating an output from a driving source at a calculation part in accordance with an electric signal regarding an elevating or lowering instruction emitted from an operation part and with a travel distance of the power point. The mode is shifted to an elevating/lowering mode when the calculation part determines a dynamic lift off while lowering a limit value of the electric signal from the operation part as it approaches the predicted distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
