To provide a ceiling structure for vehicle interior having excellent heat insulation property and sound insulation property.SOLUTION: A ceiling structure for vehicle interior includes a fiber structure layer. The fiber structure layer is arranged in an in-plane direction of a ceiling structure for vehicle interior. The fiber structure layer contains inelastic crimped short fibers made of a first synthetic resin and thermoadhesive composite short fibers made of a second synthetic resin in a mixed state. In the fiber structure layer, the inelastic crimped short fibers and the thermoadhesive composite short fibers are arranged in a state where each fiber length direction is in a thickness direction of the ceiling structure for vehicle interior. The thermoadhesive composite short fibers have a heat fusion component thereon, and are joined to the inelastic crimped short fibers via the heat fusion component. In the fiber structure layer, a ratio of the content of the thermoadhesive composite short fibers to the total content of the inelastic crimped short fibers and thermoadhesive composite short fibers is 10 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less. A basis weight of the fiber structure layer is 200 g/mor more and 800 g/mor less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】優れた断熱性及び遮音性を有する車両内装用天井構造を提供する。【解決手段】車両内装用天井構造は、繊維構造体層を備える。繊維構造体層は、車両内装用天井構造の面内方向に亘って配置されている。繊維構造体層は、第1の合成樹脂製の非弾性捲縮短繊維及び第2の合成樹脂製の熱接着性複合短繊維を混在した状態で含む。繊維構造体層において、非弾性捲縮短繊維及び熱接着性複合短繊維は、それぞれの繊維長さ方向が車両内装用天井構造の厚み方向に沿った状態で配置されている。熱接着性複合短繊維は、熱融着成分を表面に有し、かつ、熱融着成分を介して非弾性捲縮短繊維と接合している。繊維構造体層において、非弾性捲縮短繊維及び熱接着性複合短繊維の合計含有量に対する熱接着性複合短繊維の含有量の割合が、10質量%以上40質量%以下である。繊維構造体層の目付けが、200g/m2以上800g/m2以下である。【選択図】図1
