To provide a bearing unit capable of being constituted to bear a large load in a direction vertical to a central axis of an output shaft, a spiral spring-driven type bearing device, and a spiral spring-type self-propelled wheel device.SOLUTION: A bearing unit has a frame body used with a spiral spring-type driving device and attachable to a casing of the spiral spring-type driving device, a bearing retained by the frame body inside of the frame body to share the central axis with a first output shaft of the spiral spring-type driving device, and a second output shaft retained by the bearing rotatably on the central axis as a center, extended to the outside of the frame body at a side opposite to the spiral spring-type driving device in a direction of the central axis to bear radial load, and rotated integrally with the first output shaft to output torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
