To improve the operability of a crane.SOLUTION: A hydraulic driving device for a crane includes an engine (1), a hydraulic pump (2), a hydraulic motor (3), a winch drum (13), a hydraulic pump motor (14), an accumulator (15), an operation device (7) for generating a pilot pressure, a first regulator (3a) for controlling the tilting of the hydraulic pump in accordance with the pilot pressure, and a second regulator (14a) for controlling the tilting of the hydraulic pump motor in accordance with the pilot pressure. The pilot pressure is input to the first regulator and the second regulator through a conduit line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
