To solve the problems of a one-cylinder expansion mechanism, specifically, a possibility of operation delays of a B pin cylinder 1 and a C pin cylinder 2 caused by an increased pressure loss during passage through a long hydraulic hose when the viscosity of hydraulic oil increases at a low temperature, and interference with installation by the increased weight of a hose reel when the inner diameter of the hydraulic hose increases.SOLUTION: As a hydraulic supply unit 20, a hydraulic unit 24 is mounted on a movable part 11 of an expansion cylinder, and an electric motor 25 and a hydraulic pump 26 are arranged in the hydraulic unit 24. Hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 26 to a discharge pump path 30 is stored in a hydraulic accumulator 31, and then supplied to the B pin cylinder 1 and the C pin cylinder 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 1本シリンダ伸縮機構は、低温時に油圧作動油の粘度が高くなると長尺の油圧ホースを経由する際の圧力損失が大きくなりBピンシリンダ1とCピンシリンダ2の作動遅れが生じる恐れがあった。また、油圧ホースの内径を大きくすると、ホースリールが大きく重くなり架装上の障害となっていた。【解決手段】 油圧供給部20として、伸縮シリンダの可動部11に油圧ユニット24を搭載し、油圧ユニット24内に電動モーター25と油圧ポンプ26を配置した。そして、油圧ポンプ26から吐出管路30に吐出された作動油を油圧アキュムレータ31で蓄圧しておき、Bピンシリンダ1とCピンシリンダ2に供給するようにした。【選択図】 図1
