To provide an unsprung vibration detection device which can accurately detect vibration of an unsprung member, and to provide a suspension control device which achieves improvement of vibration inhibition effect of a vehicle body to improve riding quality.SOLUTION: An unsprung vibration detection device of the invention includes: a vibration information detection unit 1 which detects vibration information of an unsprung member W in a vehicle; a road surface displacement detection unit 2 which detects displacement between an unsprung member B and a road surface in the vehicle; and a vibration information calculation unit 3 which obtains vibration information of the unsprung member W on the basis of a high frequency component of the vibration information detected by the vibration information detection unit 1 and a low frequency component of the vibration information obtained by the road surface displacement detected by the road surface displacement detection unit 2. A suspension control device C includes the unsprung vibration detection device, a speed calculation unit 5, and a controller 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
