To support so that vehicle speed is kept constant by restraining unintended deceleration when a vehicle passes through an uphill.SOLUTION: A projection control device comprises a vehicle information acquisition part 32 which acquires vehicle information containing the vehicle speed, a gradient information acquisition part 34 which acquires gradient information of a traveled road, a virtual vehicle image generation part 38 which generates virtual movement body image of a virtual movement body moving in front of the own vehicle in the same direction as an own vehicle and a projection control part 39 which controls projection of the virtual movement body image by a projection unit 20 so that a virtual image of the virtual movement body image which the virtual vehicle image generation part 38 generates is visually recognized in front of the own vehicle. The projection control part 39 controls the projection of the virtual movement body image in front of the own vehicle on the basis of the gradient information acquired by the gradient information acquisition part 34 so that the virtual image of the virtual movement body image is visually recognized if it is determined that the own vehicle passes through the uphill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
