To provide a battery loading structure that is light-weighted and can secure rigidity.SOLUTION: In a vehicle, a battery pack 18 is loaded between a pair of framework members arranged at both outsides in a vehicle width direction. The battery pack 18 comprises two battery modules 20 (20-1 and 20-2) arranged side by side in the vehicle width direction. The battery modules 20 have laminated bodies 22 having a plurality of battery cells 21 laminated in the vehicle width direction. The laminated bodies 22 have all-solid batteries having solid electrolytes. The battery modules 20 have binding members 25-28 and 30-33 which bind the laminates bodies 22 in a lamination direction of the battery cells 21. In the two battery modules 20-1 and 20-2, at least parts 27 and 32 of the binding members 25-28 and 30-33 are formed integrally with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
