The vehicle 200 includes: a rotational-speed measurement section 210 for measuring a rotational speed of a wheel mounted on the vehicle 200; an information transmission section 220 for transmitting rotational-speed information showing a rotational speed of the wheel measured by the rotational-speed measurement section 210 to the information processor 100. The information processor 100 includes: a detection section 110 for detecting a status of a road on which the vehicle 200 runs on the basis of the rotational speed shown by the rotational-speed information transmitted from an information transmission section 220; and an output section 120 for outputting a detection result in the detection section 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
