To improve recognition accuracy of a traffic sign in a recognition system of the traffic sign.SOLUTION: A vehicle controller executing a control of a vehicle, acquires an image obtained by photographing an environment of a circumference of a vehicle, acquires information of a user operation for a vehicle received by the vehicle, extracts information of a traffic sign included in the image by using an operation mode determined on the basis of the user operation, and controls the vehicle so that the vehicle executes a predetermined processing on the basis of the information of the traffic sign.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
