To inhibit occurrence of heat damage caused by an exhaust emission control device.SOLUTION: A rear part structure of a rear engine vehicle 1 includes: a lid 16 which closes a rear end of an engine room 2; an exhaust emission control device 5 disposed at the left side in the engine room 2; a radiator fan 4B disposed at the right side in the engine room 2; and a cover member 6 which covers a periphery of the exhaust emission control device 5. The cover member 6 has an opening 6d facing the radiator fan 4B and takes wind flowing along the lid 16 from the radiator fan 4B through the opening 6d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
