To provide a pneumatic radial tire that does good to improve turning performance of a four-wheel vehicle.SOLUTION: A pneumatic radial tire 1 for a passenger vehicle includes a carcass 6 of a radial structure, a belt layer 7 and a tread part 2. The tread part 2 has an outer tread end To and an inner tread end Ti, where a tread pattern is formed in an asymmetric shape with respect to a tire equator C. The tread part 2 is partitioned by three main grooves 10 into four circumferential land parts. The circumferential land parts include an outer shoulder land part 16, an inner shoulder land part 17 and a middle land part 18 arranged between the land parts. The number of inner shoulder lug grooves 21 are above 1.1 times the number of outer shoulder lug grooves 28, and angles of the outer shoulder lug grooves 28 with respect to a tire shaft direction are smaller than angles of the inner shoulder lug grooves 21 with respect to the tire shaft direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
