To provide a storage battery management device for managing SOC of a storage battery device along an operation plan of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A storage battery management device generates necessary vehicle output plan data when a vehicle travels on a track by receiving operation time data, track data and cargo transportation plan data, and specifies a section t1-t2 of the track where the vehicle cannot travel only by output of an internal combustion engine based on the necessary vehicle output plan data, and calculates a discharge power quantity Edis-bat of a battery in the section t1-t2, and calculates the sum total of a dischargeable power quantity and the discharge power quantity Edis-bat corresponding to a minimum value SOC-min by referring to a map MP, and calculates an SOC target value SOC-target for realizing the dischargeable power quantity of the battery corresponding to the sum total, and starts charging of the battery by using output of the internal combustion engine before the time t1, and calculates the charging starting period time t0 of becoming larger than the discharge power quantity Edis-bat in the charging power quantity of the battery in the time t1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】車両の運行計画に沿って蓄電池装置のSOCを管理する蓄電池管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】蓄電池管理装置は、運行時刻データ、路線データおよび貨物運搬計画データを受け取り、車両が路線を走行する際の必要車両出力計画データを生成し、必要車両出力計画データに基づいて車両が内燃機関の出力のみで走行できない路線の区間t1−t2を特定し、区間t1−t2におけるバッテリの放電電力量Edis_batを算出し、マップMPを参照して最小値SOC_minに対応する放電可能電力量と放電電力量Edis_batとの和を算出し、和に対応するバッテリの放電可能電力量を実現するSOC目標値SOC_targetを算出し、時刻t1に先立って内燃機関の出力を利用してバッテリの充電を開始し、時刻t1にてバッテリの充電電力量が放電電力量Edis_batよりも大きくなる充電開始期限時刻t0を算出する。【選択図】図9
