The server includes: a position acquisition part 31 which acquires a position of a registered vehicle 2; a pickup position acquisition part 32 which acquires a pickup position; a candidate vehicle determination part 34 which determines a candidate vehicle on the basis of the pickup position and the position of the registered vehicle; a candidate transmission part 35 which transmits information relating to an automatic driving function of the candidate vehicle to the user terminal; an allocation reception part 36 which receives information identifying an allocation vehicle; and an allocation processing part 37 which transmits the pickup position to the allocation vehicle. The user terminal includes: a display part; a pickup position transmission part 11; a candidate reception part 13 which receives the information relating to the automatic driving function of the candidate vehicle; a display control part 14 which displays the information relating to the automatic driving function of the candidate vehicle on the display part; a reception part 15 which receives a user operation for selecting the allocation vehicle; and an allocation request part 16 which transmits the information identifying the allocation vehicle to the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
