To provide a charge discharge system for an electric vehicle which can correspond to needs of a user requiring EV running over a long distance by preventing a low charging rate state after temperature control of a secondary battery caused by self-heating, for example, in a severe cold district below the freezing point (minus 30 degrees or less).SOLUTION: A charge discharge system for an electric vehicle comprises a charger capable of charging a driving battery, a load capable of discharging the driving battery, a battery temperature sensor capable of measuring a temperature of the driving battery, and a charge/discharge control device which can rise a temperature of the driving battery to a target temperature by alternately repeating charge from the charger to the driving battery and discharge from the driving battery to the load on the basis of a charge rate value when a temperature measured by the battery temperature sensor is less than a prescribed temperature. The charge/discharge control device increases a threshold of charge rate at least switching from discharge to charge according to rise of a driving battery temperature measured by the battery temperature sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】例えば、氷点下30度以下となる極寒地において、自己発熱による二次電池の温度調整後に低充電率状態となることを防止することで、長い距離をEV走行したいユーザのニーズに応えることができる電動車両用充放電システムを提供する。【解決手段】電動車両用充放電システムは、駆動用電池への充電が可能な充電器と、駆動用電池からの放電が可能な負荷と、駆動用電池の温度を測定可能な電池温度センサと、電池温度センサによって測定した温度が所定温度未満の場合に充電器から駆動用電池への充電と駆動用電池から負荷への放電とを充電率の値を基に切り換えて交互に繰り返すことで駆動用電池を目標温度まで昇温可能にする充放電制御装置と、を備え、充放電制御装置は、電池温度センサによって測定した駆動用電池の温度の上昇に伴って少なくとも放電から充電へと切り換える閾値充電率を上昇させること。【選択図】 図1
